    ** JOB SUMMARY**

    The Digital Asset Coordinator supports Global Merchandise (Creative) team by managing archive processes and artwork deliverables. Key duties include maintaining the GOOS database, collaborating with departments, managing the art server, ensuring smooth schedules, editing art files, and maintaining an organized work environment.

    ** ESSENTIAL DUTIES**

    • Core responsibilities include the operation of Globals’ Online Operating System (GOOS). This is our online creative database of artwork which will require daily maintenance.
    • Working with various departments on the evolution of the GOOS system.
    • Upkeep of the creative ftp/internal art server.
    • Support the creative team and perform the tasks necessary to art deliverables.
    • Oversee the editing of art file specs to meet GOOS requirements. Provide links to high-res files from our server upon request across all departments.

    ** JOB QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in fine arts or a related field preferred
    • Years of Experience: At least two years’ experience in a creative or design role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Organizational Skills : Experience using project management tools like Asana for tracking and managing tasks for multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Communications: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Rockstar Points: Photography studio background a plus

    ** WORK SCHEDULE**

    • ****Normal working hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm with an hour lunch.
    • We are currently working a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office (Tuesday – Thursday) and 2 days work from home (Monday & Friday). The hybrid schedule is subject to change at the discretion of the company and/or the employee’s direct supervisor, based on business needs.
    • New hires are expected to work full-time in office until they have successfully completed training and received approval from their supervisor.

    • Ability to talk or hear in order to give and receive information and instructions.
    • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to type, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
    • Ability to reach with hands and arms.
    • Ability to use computer keyboard up to 80% of the day.
    • Visual acuity, ability to adjust focus and peripheral vision for work on a laptop or other computer equipment.
    • Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
