We are looking for an expert consultant, ideally with experience in large-scale magazine, catalog, or print media workflows and digital asset management , to audit our current end-to-end process and recommend industry-standard (or custom) solutions to streamline:

    • Image asset management, version control, and search/reuse
    • Workflow management from concept through design to print
    • Team collaboration (remote, cross-functional)
    • Print production tracking and process automation
    • Cost and inventory management integrations if possible

    Key areas of expertise:

    • Proven track record with DAM platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder, Canto, etc.) in publishing, media, or printing
    • Familiarity with publishing workflow/project management tools (Wrike, Monday, WoodWing, etc.)
    • Experience integrating DAMs/workflow with design software (Adobe Suite, InDesign)
    • Print production management systems knowledge
    • Strong communication skills; ability to translate complex workflow concepts for a non-technical, creative team

    Project Scope:

    • Audit and map current workflows and pain points
    • Recommend 2-3 solutions (SaaS, on-premises, or custom), considering cost, learning curve, and future scalability
    • Advise on best practices for remote publishing teams
    • Optionally, assist with implementation, onboarding, and integration

    Bonus Skills:

    • Database architecture or custom app development for editorial/image management
    • Experience working with distributed teams in SMB settings
