Digital Blitz Marketing is a digital marketing company servicing the needs of small to medium sized businesses. Our objective is to maximize web presence for companies looking to reach more customers. We offer a professional work environment to set you up for success. We do this by providing paid training until you are comfortable to handle job duties and responsibilities. Our goal is to have employees emulate the success of management and ownership in this industry and field. We are looking for 10-12 Call Center Representatives who are motivated, self starting individuals who are incentivized by having the power to increase their income by upgrading their skill set.

Location: 216 Haddon Ave, Haddon TWP, NJ 08108
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday- Friday (30 minute lunch, not deducted from pay)
Weekly Pay
Duties:
Field inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
To read scripts as written and follow rebuttal tools provided
To be receptive to different clients needs and wants and to be able to present our service as a solution.
The ability to provide comfort to customers in the process of providing them with a service
The ability to improvise, adapt, and overcome customer obstacles
The ability to maintain consistent work ethic
Identifying and Isolating customer objections
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication skills
Customer Service/Sales Experience (not required)
Basic Computer Knowledge
The ability to disregard negativity, and not let it follow to the next opportunity.
The ability to multi-task
Pay Breakdown
(0-6 deals) 10 dollars an hour 5% commission
(7-12 deals) 13 dollars an hour 7.5% commission
(13+ deals) 15 dollars an hour 10% commission
Pay: 400.00 Total (minimum pre tax) -1300.00 Total (and up pre tax) Weekly
Interview Process: Initial Interview will be held over the phone, candidates who hit criteria for company will be offered second interview in office a week before launch.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
