    Impact Staffing International (ISI) is seeking a creative, organized, and empathetic Digital Communication & Marketing Specialist to join our client’s team in Dallas, Texas. This part-time role requires working on-site 2–3 days per week, with regular rotation between our client’s two pediatric dental offices. This position is perfect for a candidate who wants to make a meaningful impact in a healthcare setting while supporting a mission centered on family care and philanthropy. You’ll be hands-on in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, rotating between the “Littles Office” (ages 0–6) and the “Bigs Office” (ages 7–18), and working closely with doctors and staff to create and share the practice’s story across digital platforms. Responsibilities include creating HIPAA-compliant content using Canva and other tools, managing social media accounts, responding to online reviews with compassion, and marketing dental products like toothpaste, whitening kits, etc. You’ll also capture photo and video content (with signed parental waivers), maintain consistent brand messaging and voice, manage digital calendars, and support quarterly community and philanthropic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a background in healthcare, strong communication skills, and a passion for engaging with and giving back to the local community.     Required Skills and Background:

    · 3+ years of experience in digital communications or marketing

    · Background in healthcare marketing; dental focus is a plus

    · Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and social media platforms

    · Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills

    · Organized, self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset

    · Comfortable working on-site 2–3 days per week; must be a local candidate

    · Understanding of HIPAA compliance for digital content

    · Able to work collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team

    · Familiar with Google Analytics and online reputation platforms

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or Digital Marketing/Communications

    · Photography and video editing experience

    · Familiarity with Eprompt and/or other review systems

    · Experience engaging with community and philanthropic initiatives

    · Background in healthcare (dentistry is a plus)
