Are you a creative communicator with a passion for digital engagement? Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) , a leading geotechnical and environmental consulting firm, is seeking a dynamic Digital Communications Specialist to help grow our brand and connect with our audiences in meaningful ways. This full-time hybrid role reports directly to the Director of Learning and Development and offers the opportunity to make a visible impact on our organization.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM with occasional overtime.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update content on the company website and intranet.
Manage social media channels, creating compelling and shareable digital content.
Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce engaging multimedia assets.
Enhance website visibility and reach through SEO strategies.
Develop and implement communication strategies to strengthen relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and maintain the company CRM and contact database.
Perform other duties as needed to support GTA's mission and initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–7 years of professional experience in communications, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Strong graphic design skills and experience with digital content creation.
Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and digital engagement tools.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
