    The Digital Content Coordinator will support the daily digital operations of Rotten Tomatoes and Fandango across websites, native apps, and syndication platforms. This role will assist with content programming, asset management, publishing coordination, and quality control to help ensure a smooth and optimized experience for our audiences across all touchpoints.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Content Publishing & Publishing Support: * Assist with the scheduling and publishing of editorial and branded content across web and app platforms. * Coordinate updates to homepage, landing pages, carousels, and key promotional areas. * Help ensure content is aligned with editorial calendars, release timelines, and marketing campaigns. * Support event and seasonal programming needs, including evenings/weekends if necessary.
    • Content QA & Optimization: * Perform quality assurance checks on live content to ensure formatting, links, and metadata accuracy. * Flag and help troubleshoot content or functionality issues with the product/tech team. * Use tools like Adobe Analytics or Chartbeat to monitor content engagement and highlight performance insights.
    • Cross-Functional Coordination: * Work closely with editorial, product, marketing, design, and tech teams to support ongoing projects and campaigns. * Maintain and update programming trackers and documentation to ensure seamless team communication.
    • Platform & Asset Management: * Assist in maintaining internal content management systems (CMS), content libraries, and tagging systems . * Help manage content assets across digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency in branding and formatting.
    • Reporting & Documentation: * Support team reporting needs with regular content performance snapshots and highlights. * Help maintain up-to-date documentation for programming workflows, best practices, and troubleshooting guidelines. * Other duties as assigned by leadership
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in digital content publishing, content coordination, or similar media-related roles
    • Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital publishing tools.
    • Basic understanding of SEO, metadata tagging, and image formatting.
    • Experience using analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar is a plus.
    • Comfortable with spreadsheets, project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira), and content calendars.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • A collaborative team player who is eager to learn and adapt.
    • Enthusiastic about movies, TV, and pop culture.

    Additional Job Requirements:

    • This is a hybrid position, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
    • Must be willing to work in the Los Angeles, CA office.
    • Occasional evening, holiday, or weekend availability may be required based on programming needs.
