JOB DESCRIPTION: The position involves researching a wide range of topics, including voter registration processes, state election laws, voting procedures, turnout trends, and civic participation. This role requires gathering, evaluating, and interpreting complex information, then translating it into accurate, easy-to-understand, and engaging content for a broad audience across digital platforms. The individual will play a key role in supporting voter education and outreach efforts by maintaining high-quality, well-sourced, nonpartisan resources and ensuring information is clear, accessible, and up to date.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research and compile information on voter registration, election laws, and voting procedures across multiple states
- Evaluate sources for accuracy and credibility before converting information into content
- Transform research findings into digestible formats such as website copy, guides, and material resources
- Manage and regularly update voting-related content to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Produce educational content that simplifies complex topics for a general audience
- Support internal projects by providing research insights and content as needed
- Track trends in voter education and identify opportunities for clearer public information
- Maintain organized systems for research and content updates
- Assist with cross-team coordination to ensure consistency in messaging and information

MINIMUM QUALIFCATIONS

- High attention to detail, especially when working with factual or time-sensitive information

- Comfort working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment
- Availability to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona
