Job Description

Vuori is seeking a highly motivated digital designer to join our quickly growing creative and marketing team. This role will be responsible for a wide range of work including but not limited to design and production of email marketing assets, social media, paid social, content creation, and more. Expertise in Figma with strong foundations in digital design and responsive applications. In addition, the position requires thorough knowledge of digital techniques, industry standards, and best practices as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight turnarounds.

What you'll get to do:

• Design Digital Marketing Assets for Vuori including emails, digital collateral and social media assets
• Designers are outstanding teammates and visual communicators who work under the direction of the creative lead and alongside producers, narrators and writers
• They are master executors when it comes to craft and are proficient in working across several mediums including art direction, moving image, graphic and spatial design
• A passion for creativity, are active team participants and contributors to a creative work culture
• Work with the Sr. Digital Designer and cross functional teams to develop the visual direction
• Keep up to date with emerging trends in fashion, design, film, art, media and technology as relevant to the design team
• Ensure all projects are well-planned, creatively outstanding, delivered in a timely fashion and within agreed budgets
• Review project work for highest standards of quality, consistency and success
• Collaborate with other divisions to create a cohesive omni channel experience
• Keep up with the latest technologies and constantly push the brand forward
• Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree or higher or combination of relevant education or equivalent years of experience preferred
• 3+ years professional experience in a design agency, in-house firm, brand or similar in the fashion industry
• Outstanding knowledge and expertise in all aspects of layout, typography, illustration, identity, digital production and publishing across editorial formats and platforms
• Detailed understanding of today’s media landscape and how people engage with content, with in-depth knowledge of interactive communication, processes and user-interface design for digital products
• Strong time management with ability to toggle between daily and long-term tasks, keeping workstreams moving forward simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills; adept at communicating and defending creative work
• Attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills in service of your creative projects
• Proactive approach to identifying and acting on ways to improve the work, continually pushing the vision forward
• Able to function independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and Acrobat
• Expertise utilizing Adobe Creative Suite in a MAC environment
• Experience with both web design and digital asset creation
• Experience with photo image manipulation and retouching
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Strong design and typographic skills
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX and 3D applications is a plus
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in responsive design strategy is a plus
• Video and motion graphic experience a plus

The salary range for this role is $70,000 per year - $89,985 per year.
