SENIOR FRONTEND SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

The ideal candidate will have an extensive portfolio of creating and maintaining intuitive user interfaces and visualizing complex data in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

-        Develop dynamic frontend components with a focus on usability, user experience, and simplicity

-        Collaborate closely with backend developers, customer liaisons, and other stakeholders to design and implement new features and capabilities for our frontend systems

-        Visualize complex data in an intuitive and dynamic way for many types of users

Necessary Qualifications:

-        5+ years experience developing dynamic user interfaces

-        3+ years developing within a gaming engine framework such as Unity, Unreal, or similar

-        Strong background in writing production level C# code

-        Experience working with common enterprise messaging systems such as Kafka, AMQP, or similar

-        Experience working with common video frameworks and concepts

-        Familiarity with enterprise database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar

-        Familiarity with embedded system development and full stack software architectures

-        Experience using development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.

-        Strong understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies

Desired Qualifications:

-        Experience with mapping engines such as ArcGIS

-        Experience with video toolkits such as ffmpeg

-        Familiarity with one or more of the following languages: C/C++, Python, or similar
