    Job Description:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and systems, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering and analyzing data, identifying business needs and opportunities, and providing insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making across the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications.
    • Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement for informed decision making.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree with 12 + months of experience.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
