Job Summary: The Assets Technician provides direct support to the Asset Coordinator by creating and maintaining daily updates to operations, following up on equipment movements and ensuring that the correct equipment status is communicated to our Maintenance Teams.

Responsibilities:

-Ensures data quality and submits any required changes

-Monitors and submits changes to equipment status

-Monitors the use of equipment.

-Identify, maintain, and update equipment locations.

-Identify discrepancies with equipment readiness and send alerts to Maintenance Teams.

-Supports mobilization of equipment to the wellsite or maintenance facilities.

-Provides daily updates to Operations on the status of each crew and their equipment.

-Manage and update maintenance exemptions and Preventative Maintenance tables

Qualifications and Education:

Currently enrolled/graduating student seeking internship to complete program

Efficient experience if no degree

-Strong communication, time management and problem solving skills.

-Excellent customer service skills

-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office - ability to use Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

-Ability to handle stressful situations

-Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

-Detail oriented and meticulously organized

Schedule:

-10 days on/5 days off, rotation nights/days every 10 days on

-12 hour shifts, running from 4a to 4p or 4p to 4a

-Schedules start on Mondays
