The role is execution‐focused: build campaigns, measure impact, iterate quickly.
Key Responsibilities
• Create automated email/SMS flows in Klaviyo for onboarding, account health alerts, and payout reminders.
• Draft social and community posts that highlight trader success stories and new features.
• Coordinate creative assets with Design and ensure messaging aligns with evaluation rules.
• Monitor key engagement metrics (open rate, click‐through, funded retention) and propose improvements.
Qualifications
• 2–3 years hands‐on with email/SMS platforms and paid social, ideally in trading or fintech.
• Strong copywriting skills and attention to regulatory language.
• Comfort with basic HTML/CSS and image editing tools.
• Organized multitasker who can juggle several campaigns without dropping details.
