    Harper Law Firm is seeking an experienced Digital Marketer with a background in personal injury law to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for driving qualified case leads through strategic website management, content creation, SEO, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate understands legal marketing compliance, lead quality, and conversion-focused digital strategies. This position requires monthly travel to our San Antonio, Texas office for collaboration and planning. Responsibilities: Website & Content • Manage and optimize firm websites, including page creation, landing pages, and conversion improvements • Collaborate on website design, structure, and UX with a focus on lead generation • Develop and oversee content strategies for blogs, practice area pages, and marketing campaigns SEO • Execute on-page and technical SEO strategies specific to personal injury practice areas • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and local SEO optimization • Monitor rankings, traffic, and lead performance; adjust strategy accordingly Paid Advertising • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Local Services Ads, Display as applicable) • Track ROI, cost per lead, and conversion metrics • Ensure ads comply with legal advertising standards and best practices Analytics & Reporting • Monitor performance across all digital channels • Provide clear reporting on traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI • Make data-driven recommendations to improve results Collaboration & Strategy • Work closely with firm leadership and vendors to align marketing with business goals • Participate in monthly in-person meetings at the San Antonio office • Stay current on personal injury marketing trends and algorithm changes Qualifications: Proven experience marketing for a personal injury law firm (required) Strong understanding of legal lead generation and case qualification Experience with: • Website creation and management (WordPress or similar) • Content strategy and copywriting • SEO (local and organic) • Google Ads and paid search campaigns • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM/lead tracking tools Preferred Skills • Experience optimizing conversion rates for legal websites • Understanding of Texas legal advertising rules • Ability to manage vendors or agencies • Strong organizational and communication skills Compensation: $75,000
