About the Role:

Brand Brilliance 365 Inc is looking for a driven and creative Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our growing team in Fort Myers, FL! In this role, you'll be the key connection between our clients and our marketing strategies, helping brands shine in the digital space. Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all marketing needs

Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising

Monitor campaign performance metrics and deliver regular reporting and insights to clients

Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals and brand identity

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client relationships and drive agency revenue

Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices

Conduct client onboarding, strategy presentations, and regular check-in meetings

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a related role

Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools

Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics

Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar reporting tools

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

Experience executing retail marketing strategies
