Digital Marketing Account Manager
Full Time • Fully Remote – US (Must be within driving distance of Roseville, MN)
About the Role
DirectClicks is hiring a Digital Marketing Account Manager to support client relationships, campaign coordination, and long-term account growth initiatives.
This role works closely with internal marketing teams and clients to help ensure campaigns are organized, communicated effectively, and moving forward successfully. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
This position is part of our ongoing growth and talent pipeline efforts as we continue building our future account management team.
What You’ll Do
Manage communication and relationship support for client accounts
Coordinate campaign updates and project timelines with internal teams
Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining account organization
Help identify opportunities for account growth and improved client experience
Support reporting, scheduling, and follow-up communication
Collaborate with marketing, SEO, and operations teams to ensure campaign execution
Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in client interactions
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
Experience in account management, customer success, marketing, sales support, or client services preferred
Digital marketing knowledge or agency experience is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation
Work Environment
This is a remote position. Candidates must be located within driving distance of Roseville, Minnesota for periodic in-person team collaboration and meetings.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation includes base pay plus commission opportunities
Target first-year earnings (OTE) of $85,000+ based on performance
Monthly team bonus opportunities
3% retirement match
