    The Digital Marketing & Content Specialist will lead the execution of creative marketing strategies across multiple mediums to include email and emerging digital platforms. This role requires a savvy content creator with strong storytelling instincts who can drive brand engagement and visibility. You will play a key role in launching our firm’s podcast and growing our YouTube channel using various media content (audio/video). You'll collaborate with the department teams to develop campaigns that not only inform, but also inspire. Responsibilities: • Plan, produce, and publish engaging digital content across multiple platforms (social, email, blog, video) • Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok • Collaborate with leadership to launch and manage a branded podcast, including content planning, guest coordination, editing, and promotion • Develop creative content calendars to align with firm priorities and campaigns • Create short-form and long-form video content tailored for different channels and audiences • Monitor digital analytics and provide insight-driven recommendations for improvement • Support paid ad efforts by producing optimized copy and creatives for Google and Meta platforms • Stay ahead of social media trends, best practices, and legal marketing innovations • Coordinate with third-party designers, editors, and vendors when needed Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or content creation for a business • Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create impactful content across digital platforms • Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite • Comfortable with video production/editing for long and short form content • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, graphic design, and content strategy skills • Familiarity with podcast production and editing is a major plus • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Compensation: $45,000
