What You'll Do:
Lead and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, content, and paid advertising
Collaborate with creative, operations, and club teams to craft engaging content and member experiences
Create data-driven campaigns that meet and exceed lead generation and performance goals
Collaborate with the corporate web design team to oversee and enhance landing page performance and user experience.
Visit club locations regularly to capture authentic content (photos, videos, testimonials)
Manage and track campaign performance, reporting on key metrics and insights
Stay current with industry trends and leverage innovative tactics to stay ahead of competitors
Manage marketing budgets effectively and allocate spend strategically
What You Bring:
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a track record of measurable success
Strong creative instincts with the ability to engage and convert prospects
Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, ClubOS, HubSpot, and other CRM platforms, and email campaign software
Experience with Adobe, HTML/CSS, and Microsoft Office
Understanding of Looker Studio and other digital reporting tools to help drive lead conversion
Passion for content creation, storytelling, and brand building
Positive, proactive attitude with strong collaboration skills
Additional Requirements:
Able to lift up to 20 lbs. and stay active during content creation visits
Willing to work on-site and travel to gym locations for marketing needs
Professional demeanor: you're a brand ambassador for Gold’s Gym PNW
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years in a digital marketing role, preferably in a consumer-facing or fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM platforms strongly preferred
