We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to guide and grow our multi-channel marketing efforts. This role focuses on building, managing, and optimizing campaigns that drive measurable results. You’ll collaborate with leadership, creative partners, and developers to design campaigns that perform — while also having access to advanced AI tools that make testing, iteration, and scaling faster and easier. This is a leadership role where you’ll shape our marketing strategy, oversee execution, and ensure we’re hitting growth targets. Compensation & Benefits • $100,000 per year + performance bonus tied to ROAS/revenue goals • 50 remote work days per year • 401(k) program • Paid holidays • 1 week paid vacation per year • Collaborative team culture with flexibility and support Responsibilities: • Lead the strategy and execution of digital campaigns across Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. • Partner with creative and development teams to launch and refine landing pages, offers, and messaging. • Manage budgets, pacing, and performance metrics across channels. • Use available tools (analytics platforms, AI creative tools, etc.) to test, learn, and improve campaign performance. • Monitor key KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPL) and provide clear reporting with insights and recommendations. • Stay current on marketing trends and identify opportunities for new growth channels. Qualifications: • 4–8+ years in digital marketing with hands-on experience managing six-figure+ monthly budgets. • Strong track record in paid media across major platforms (Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok; LinkedIn/Reddit a plus). • Experience working with creative and technical teams to launch and optimize campaigns. • Proficiency with marketing analytics (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, spreadsheets). • Strong copywriting and creative instincts with an eye for what makes campaigns perform. • Familiarity with modern tools (AI creative tools, automation platforms, etc.) is a plus, not a requirement. • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.
