Our internship program is designed with future leaders in mind and serves as a pipeline for top talent. As a Digital Marketing intern, you will have a hands-on opportunity to project manage and gain exposure by building relationships with internal and external agency teams. You will work alongside your team on a variety of projects spanning across digital media. Your experience as an intern at Lands' End is both educational and fun, while keeping you connected with your mentor, manager and fellow interns. You will gain exposure to company leaders through roundtables, your final project showcase and other company functions. We are seeking someone who is interested in continuously learning about Google algorithms and marketing technology in a field that is constantly changing.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learn the basic foundation of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Paid Search

• Learn the process for creating new content & landing pages

• Collaborate with the SEO copywriter to write content such as titles, meta tags and create/update SEO copy across various owned brand websites

• Create a weekly reporting document with all search metrics and learnings

• Conduct competitive intelligence research

• Attend meetings with agencies, vendors and internal partners

• Participate in the summer project with fellow interns that will be presented to leadership

• Help support audit process (search queries and ad extension)

• Assist with strategy projects as assigned

YOUR SKILLS:

• Progress towards a bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Digital Retailing, Business Analytics, Communications or related field preferred

• Ability to multitask, work with a team, deadline driven, create high quality work, desire to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects

• High level of initiative, motivation, positive attitude and excellent attention to detail

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Docs skills
