    ClearPath Estate Services is a San Diego–based estate sale company looking for a hands-on digital marketer to own our paid advertising, SEO, and lead pipeline. You'll be running and optimizing Google Ads and Meta campaigns, managing our Google Business Profile and local SEO presence, and qualifying inbound leads through initial outreach before handing them off to our team. This is a contract role based in San Diego, with California-based candidates preferred. We need someone with proven experience managing paid ad campaigns, a solid understanding of local SEO, and the confidence to pick up the phone and qualify a lead, not just run ads in the background. What success looks like: You're generating a consistent flow of qualified estate sale leads at a cost per lead that keeps improving month over month. Our Google Business Profile is active, optimized, and ranking locally. When a lead comes in, it's contacted quickly, qualified properly, and handed off warm, not sitting in a spreadsheet going cold. You own the numbers, you know what's working, and you come to us with ideas, not just reports. Responsibilities: • Build, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta to generate estate sale leads throughout San Diego County • Manage and optimize our Google Business Profile, including posts, photos, reviews, and accurate service information • Execute local SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and citation management to improve organic visibility • Qualify all inbound leads through initial outreach — phone, email, or text — and hand off warm, vetted leads to our team • Track and report on campaign performance, cost per lead, lead quality, and ROI regularly • Test new ad creatives, audiences, and strategies to continuously improve results and scale what's working • Manage lead flow in our CRM to ensure fast response times and no leads fall through the cracks Qualifications: • Proven experience building and managing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta with measurable results • Solid understanding of local SEO, keyword research, and Google Business Profile optimization • Comfortable with lead qualification and direct outreach — phone calls, emails, and texts — not just behind-the-scenes ad management • Experience using CRM tools to track, organize, and manage a lead pipeline • Analytical mindset with the ability to read campaign data, identify what's working, and make decisions based on performance • Self-starter who can work independently, manage their own time, and take full ownership of results • Real estate, estate sales, or home services industry experience is a plus, but not required Compensation: $25 - $55 hourly
