    Summary

    DO Supply is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing function and help drive business growth across multiple digital channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategy, managing a small marketing team, and ensuring successful execution of initiatives across website content, SEO, email marketing, social media, digital campaigns, and visual content.

    The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor. We're looking for someone who can set priorities, coach and develop team members, manage competing projects, and roll up their sleeves to help drive execution when needed. This role works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, manage, mentor, and develop the marketing team through coaching, performance management, accountability, and professional development
    • Establish team priorities and translate company objectives into actionable marketing plans and projects
    • Manage workflows, deadlines, and quality standards to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives
    • Utilize analytics, business performance data, and marketing metrics to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively
    • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives
    • Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies across website content, SEO, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising campaigns
    • Direct website, blog, content, and SEO initiatives to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion performance
    • Oversee email marketing, social media content, visual assets, and brand consistency across all digital channels
    • Coordinate and collaborate with designers, developers, photographers, agencies, vendors, and other partners
    • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, team effectiveness, tools, and workflows
    • Measure campaign effectiveness and continually optimize initiatives based on performance data
    • Support business growth by driving qualified traffic, leads, and customer engagement

    • Expertise in website content management, SEO, email marketing, social media, and digital campaigns
    • Ability to evaluate creative work and provide effective direction to team members and vendors
    • Experience using analytics tools to measure marketing performance and business impact
    • Working knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms
    • Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools
    • Strong understanding of content optimization and search engine best practices
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content management, marketing communications, or a related field preferred
    • Experience leading marketing, content, creative, or digital teams preferred
    • Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies preferred
    • Experience working with SEO, content optimization, analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing systems, and related marketing technologies preferred

    Work Schedule

    This position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Additional flexibility may be required to support marketing initiatives, project deadlines, and business objectives.

    Work Environment

    This position operates in a professional office or remote work environment. The role requires extensive computer use, prolonged periods of sitting, and frequent collaboration with team members, leadership, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Occasional walking, reaching, and light lifting may be required.

  • Qualifications
    • Strong program/project management skills, including oversight of scope, schedule, resources, and performance
    • Ability to manage multiple subordinate leads or managers across complex efforts
    • Deep knowledge of federal and NIH security standards and enclave operations
    • Experience managing IT or cloud-based projects with multiple stakeholders
    • Familiarity with federal project management expectations and structured delivery models
    • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
    • Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in complex federal environments
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal English

    Preferred Skills

    • Familiarity with Zero Trust and multi-cloud architectures
    • Knowledge of ATO processes and compliance-driven cloud environments
    • Additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PgMP, or CCSP
