    About the Role

    We are seeking a results-driven, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with 5–7 years of experience to lead, execute, and continuously optimize strategic digital marketing campaigns that drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and increase occupancy across our multifamily apartment portfolio.

    This role is for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution — a marketing professional who is comfortable building campaigns, analyzing performance, creating content, and optimizing marketing systems while helping guide broader marketing initiatives.

    The ideal candidate is data-driven, innovative, and highly analytical, with hands-on expertise in paid media, SEO, design, and performance analytics. Experience in the multi-family apartment or real estate industry is strongly preferred.

    Key Responsibilities

    Paid Media Strategy & Execution

    Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that increase qualified leads, tours, and lease conversions

    Manage Axia’s media agency and paid media partners to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

    Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and A/B testing

    Build, monitor and refine campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI

    Implement retargeting strategies to drive leasing conversions

    Manage mar-tech roadmap in alignment with prop-tech systems & stakeholders

    SEO & Website Optimization

    Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies

    Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis

    Optimize property pages and landing pages to improve local search visibility and organic lead generation

    Collaborate with web developers to improve site performance, UX, and conversion rates.

    Content & Copywriting

    Write compelling ad copy, landing pages, blog posts, email campaigns, and property descriptions

    Craft conversion-focused messaging tailored to renter personas

    Ensure brand voice consistency across all marketing channels

    Design & Creative Development

    Create engaging visual content using Canva

    Develop social media graphics, display ads, brochures, and email visuals Maintain brand consistency across all properties

    Analytics & Reporting

    Track, analyze, and report on performance using Google Analytics and Axia platform dashboards, incorporating data and insights from operations & stakeholder teams

    Generate weekly & monthly performance reports with actionable insights

    Use data to drive strategic recommendations and campaign improvements

    Monitor competitor performance and market trends

    Industry-Focused Marketing (Multi-Family Preferred)

    Develop marketing strategies to increase occupancy growth

    Support lease-up campaigns and property launches

    Optimize ILS listings and local directory performance

    Collaborate with on-site leasing teams to align marketing efforts with leasing goals

    Qualifications

    Required:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

    5–7 years of digital marketing experience

    Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

    Strong understanding of SEO best practices and local search optimization

    Proficiency in Canva (or similar design tools)

    Experience with Google Analytics and marketing performance reporting

    Excellent copywriting and communication skills

    Preferred:

    Experience in multi-family apartment, real estate, or property management marketing

    Knowledge of ILS platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow, etc.)

    Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
