Digital Marketing Manager, New Mom School New Mom School is an emerging franchise brand with 23 locations (and growing) dedicated to supporting mothers post-baby. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own our digital media presence email, social, website, and content and drive results across our franchise system, balancing national brand strategy with local franchisee activation.
The ideal candidate has direct franchisor/franchisee marketing experience and knows how to build content and campaigns that work at scale while staying relevant locally. This role owns all website, social, and blog content, and upholds brand standards across national, local, and franchise development marketing. As a growing company, responsibilities may evolve; we're looking for someone flexible and eager to take on new challenges as the role and organization grow!
Key Responsibilities
Digital Media & Marketing Automation
Own the HubSpot platform end-to-end: email builds, workflows, list segmentation, and reporting
Design, build, and deploy marketing emails, including A/B and multivariate testing of subject lines, content, and CTAs
Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and turn insights into optimization recommendations
Manage relationships with designers, ad agencies, and other marketing vendors as needed to support campaign execution and performance
Maintain data hygiene, automation workflows, and lead nurture sequences within HubSpot
Website, Social & Content Strategy
Own all website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards across every page
Serve as the organization's social media subject matter expert — understanding platform nuances, algorithm shifts, and best practices across channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Build and manage the monthly social content calendar
Monitor and report on social performance, translating metrics into actionable strategy
Own the strategy, content, design, and distribution of the national newsletter and company blog
Coordinate cross-functional input (leadership, ops, local markets) to keep content relevant and timely
Track engagement and continuously refine format and content based on performance data
Franchise/Local Marketing Support
Support franchisee marketing activation, including campaign rollouts, trainings, toolkits, and asset localization
Provide performance reporting and benchmarking across the franchise network
Support new franchisee grand opening and ramp-up marketing, including local launch campaigns and awareness-building strategies
Ensure local and franchisee-facing content and campaigns uphold brand standards
Franchise Development (FranDev) Marketing Support
Support FranDev advertising and email flows (including HubSpot nurture sequences) to drive qualified franchisee leads
Report on FranDev campaign performance alongside the development team, and align messaging with brand standards
Creative & Presentation Support
Update and maintain marketing decks, sales collateral, and campaign creative as needed, ensuring assets stay on-brand and current
Partner with design resources (internal or agency) when new creative concepts or original design work are required
Qualifications
3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, including experience within a franchise system (franchisor side strongly preferred)
Hands-on expertise with HubSpot (or comparable marketing automation/CRM platform), Google Analytics, Canva, and WordPress
Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, paid/organic strategy, and analytics tools; influencer marketing experience is a strong plus
Experience building and managing content calendars across multiple markets or locations
Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle national strategy and local execution
Working knowledge of SEO best practices for blog and website content
Strong writing and editing skills for email, social, and newsletter content
Comfortable presenting performance data and training non-marketing stakeholders (e.g., franchisees)
Working proficiency in design/presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint or Adobe Creative Suite) to update decks and creative assets
Experience managing external agency or vendor relationships (e.g., design, advertising, or other marketing partners)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
