Design, build, and deploy marketing emails, including A/B and multivariate testing of subject lines, content, and CTAs

Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and turn insights into optimization recommendations

Manage relationships with designers, ad agencies, and other marketing vendors as needed to support campaign execution and performance

Maintain data hygiene, automation workflows, and lead nurture sequences within HubSpot

    Website, Social & Content Strategy

Own all website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards across every page

Serve as the organization's social media subject matter expert — understanding platform nuances, algorithm shifts, and best practices across channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

Build and manage the monthly social content calendar

Monitor and report on social performance, translating metrics into actionable strategy

Own the strategy, content, design, and distribution of the national newsletter and company blog

Coordinate cross-functional input (leadership, ops, local markets) to keep content relevant and timely

Track engagement and continuously refine format and content based on performance data

    Franchise/Local Marketing Support

Support franchisee marketing activation, including campaign rollouts, trainings, toolkits, and asset localization

Provide performance reporting and benchmarking across the franchise network

Support new franchisee grand opening and ramp-up marketing, including local launch campaigns and awareness-building strategies

Ensure local and franchisee-facing content and campaigns uphold brand standards

    Franchise Development (FranDev) Marketing Support

Support FranDev advertising and email flows (including HubSpot nurture sequences) to drive qualified franchisee leads

Report on FranDev campaign performance alongside the development team, and align messaging with brand standards

    Creative & Presentation Support

Update and maintain marketing decks, sales collateral, and campaign creative as needed, ensuring assets stay on-brand and current

Partner with design resources (internal or agency) when new creative concepts or original design work are required

    Qualifications

3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, including experience within a franchise system (franchisor side strongly preferred)

Hands-on expertise with HubSpot (or comparable marketing automation/CRM platform), Google Analytics, Canva, and WordPress

Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, paid/organic strategy, and analytics tools; influencer marketing experience is a strong plus

Experience building and managing content calendars across multiple markets or locations

Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle national strategy and local execution

Working knowledge of SEO best practices for blog and website content

Strong writing and editing skills for email, social, and newsletter content

Comfortable presenting performance data and training non-marketing stakeholders (e.g., franchisees)

Working proficiency in design/presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint or Adobe Creative Suite) to update decks and creative assets

Experience managing external agency or vendor relationships (e.g., design, advertising, or other marketing partners)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
