    Job Description:

This national role is responsible for increasing sales leads and managing our digital footprint/brand. Success means bringing in valuable new leads and increasing awareness across strategic segments. You will manage our digital assets – website overhaul, SEO, marketing investments and related ROI analysis as well as assist in outbound customer contact work and tactics. The focus of this role is to build and launch marketing campaigns that actually drive results while building awareness of how our products and services can satisfy customer needs. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who’s eager to do this and more. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns – you should be equally proficient and comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing. You're ready to work cross-functionally and move fast, but you're not afraid to suggest process improvements or new ideas along the way. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns, track performance, and iterate quickly, while also contributing ideas to shape broader marketing strategy.

    Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Management – Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns including SEO, social media, email, Google Ads, and podcast/video content.

Digital Marketing Performance & Reporting – Use Google Analytics and other KPIs to assess ROI, identify trends, and continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.

Content Development – Plan and manage the content calendar, supporting blog publishing, podcast production, webinars, email campaigns, and social media scheduling. Develop compelling content (e.g., blogs, email, social media, direct mail, collateral, white papers, videos, case studies). Make updates to the websites.

CRM & Lead Management – Collaborate on data capture and marketing automation, optimizing CRM campaigns in HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. Oversee and optimize lead generation processes, ensuring a steady and qualified flow of new customers. Evaluate performance using lead and sales data, and implement strategies to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall outcomes.

Client Nurturing – Propose and implement ideas to improve our customer experience and increase referrals.

    Objectives of this role

Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns (email, social, web, paid ads, landing pages, blogs, etc.) to drive lead generation and sales enablement. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and external partners.

Collaborate with sales to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer-personas. Be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria.

Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.

Develop a marketing plan in conjunction with our sales team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.

Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics

Manage marketing calendar and own the coordination and delivery of campaigns and content

Oversee website strategy and lead ongoing SEO efforts

    Qualifications:

Experience executing B2B digital marketing programs (e.g. SEO, paid search, display, paid social, content syndication, web, email) to drive conversions and sales leads.

Proficient in HubSpot and familiar with tools like Google Analytics, WordPress, and Canva/Adobe Suite

Strong initiative and a proactive mindset. Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and tone.
