Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing Corporate Marketing team in Los Angeles. This role is a highly organized, forward-thinking self-starter with a high level of expertise in planning, executing, and measuring digital marketing initiatives.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing and working closely with teams across our portfolio of distinctive hospitality brands: The LINE Hotels, The Ned US, and Saguaro Palm Springs. The Digital Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for managing our company websites, email communications and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, and detail oriented with an ability to think and plan strategically in collaboration with others.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Manage, update and audit all websites for The LINE Hotels, The Ned (US), and Saguaro Palm Springs
Manage the design, development and deployment of all marketing campaigns and email communications. Use personalized and dynamic content to increase performance
Manage digital marketing agency relationship to ensure success of Google AdWords, Social Media Advertising and PPC campaigns. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Collaborate with our digital agency partner to review and identify SEO opportunities for implementing brand-relevant content.
Collaborate with property Brand Experience Managers in planning marketing campaigns and developing special offers to ensure a consistent and compelling experience and drive. revenue across all media channels
Maintain brand consistency and exceptional quality standards across all guest-facing content
Assist in developing content needed for editorial calendar and digital communication plans
Manage third party digital sites (OTA’s, OpenTable, Yelp) and the representation of our brands on their platforms
Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Maintain existing regular monthly and yearly analytics reports, and develop new reports as needs arise.
Develop and analyze performance reports to deliver actionable insights and communicate key findings and recommendations across the organization.
Qualifications & Keys to Success
BS/MS degree in Marketing or related field preferred
3+ years in digital performance marketing, with a focus on conversion/revenue
Experience in Hotel Marketing with systems including Saber/Synxis, CRS, Cendyn/Revinate and CRM
Proficient knowledge of WordPress, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite and Google Analytics. Experience in Airtable is a plus
Experience in managing marketing agencies and working with lifestyle brands
Proven success managing high-performing websites
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Guest service mindset and collaborative attitude
Based in Los Angeles and willing to travel via airplane
