    Digital Content Coordinator (Hybrid - Palm Beach, FL)

     

    We are looking for a full-time, highly motivated Digital Content Coordinator to support the social media initiatives of a prominent influencer and television personality. This is a unique opportunity suitable ONLY for an extremely discreet individual with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The candidate should be creative and have an innovative, ‘social first’ mindset. You will have a passion for the social space and expertise in existing and emerging channels with the goal of growing a social media presence, increasing brand awareness and building revenue for the brand.

     

    Responsibilities

    • You will have the opportunity to support the execution of an active social media program, including:

      • Creative brainstorming, digital trendspotting and inspiration sourcing within the brand pillars of food, family, fashion, interiors, travel, motivational speaking, body positivity.

      • Production support for weekly content capture including but not limited to:

        • Food shopping

        • Wardrobe selection

        • Scheduling hair and makeup

    • Shoot photography and videos in keeping with best practice for all current and, as appropriate, emerging platforms.

    • Write copy for recipes, captions, lifestyle website articles and other needs as presented by client/platform requirements.

    • Own content capture, upload and review for accuracy and compliance prior to servicing to brand partners and/or publishing.

    • Support virtual and in-person events with organic content capture, assisting as necessary with set up/breakdown.

    • Ensure content assets are organized and filed for easy access.

    • Partner and coordinate with other team members, external agencies and clients to ensure the timely and accurate flow of information and deliverables and that content being captured reflects these conversations.

    • Respond to all emails, phone calls, matters of business, and calendar keeping in a timely and complete manner.

     

    Requirements

    • In-depth knowledge of all key social media platforms and options: Instagram (stories, reels, IGTV, etc.).

    • Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.

    • Fluency in posting to all social media platforms.

    • Able to take direction and operate independently with ample instruction and feedback.

    • Able to execute high quality/high style photography, video, and written online content.

    • Able to edit content (Rush or Premiere Pro) for TikTok, as well as other content platforms; basic editing a requirement, extended editing experience a plus.

    • Able to create basic promotional graphics in Canva or Photoshop.

    • Interest in growth opportunities and the ability to self-educate using online tools as social media platforms grow, evolve, and develop.

    • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem solving.

    • Able to prioritize without management oversight.

    • Diligent attention to all task details; team is highly collaborative and depends on each member’s thoroughness, contribution and ownership of delegated items.

    • Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Fluent use of Microsoft Office, Zoom, iCal, messaging apps, social media apps.

    • Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Lightroom, iMovie is a plus.

    • Interest in food, lifestyle, children/family life.

    • Comfortable working around children in a home as a professional setting.

    • Strong track record in social media coordination and content capture.

    • Minimum 2 years college.

    • Location commutable to Palm Beach, Florida. The position is a blend of both in-office and working from a candidate’s home.

     

    Compensation

    $50,000 to $60,000
