    Compensation:$50,000 to $65,000 Annually + Benefits

    Job Overview

    As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will manage client campaigns across a variety of platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads. Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for executing a variety of marketing activities for the clients in your portfolio, including keyword research, audience creation, implementing campaigns, monitoring results, and reporting. This full-time position operates as a hybrid with an in-office component of 2-3 days per week in the Pittsburgh, PA, co-working space in Lawrenceville (Field Day).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Publish, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns for various clients on an ongoing basis.

    • Oversee $250,000+ per month of the client's media budgets.

    • Optimize client accounts regularly to drive improved performance in KPIs through keyword research, bid strategy updates, and more.

    • Analyze detailed advertising performance reports and analytics.

    • Identify opportunities for client success through Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.

    • Work with their account team to develop media plans to achieve specific client goals.

    • Collaborate with internal team members.

    • Research and develop strategies based on market trends, new Google Ads products and ad types, etc.

    • Quality control: review all ads and budgets for errors.

    • Strategy and Innovation: Bring new ideas to agency management.

    • Implementing and testing new products and strategies.

    Experience and Skills

    • Prior experience in search engine marketing and the Google Ads platform (2+ years).

    • Prior experience in Meta Advertising (2+ years).

    • Prior experience on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest is preferred.

    • Prior experience identifying tracking for conversions and goals.

    • Running A/B, multivariate tests.

    • Google Ads certified.

    • Multi-location accounts are preferred but not required.

    • Outstanding ability to think creatively and strategically and identify and resolve problems.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to work within a team and independently.

    • Prior experience with a project management system(s).

    • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.

    • Attention to detail is not cliche'—it's a core component of this role.

    Successful Candidates Demonstrate the Following Skills and Experiences

    • Prior agency experience.

    • Background in live events, adventures, and restaurants.

    • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Programmatic.

    • Experience with Google Ads Editor and reporting platforms.

    • Experience handling accounts in the $100,000–$300,000 monthly budget range.

    • High level of attention to detail.
