    Compensation: $200,000 to $250,000 Annually + Bonuses + Benefits

    Role Overview

    As the Vice President of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the client’s digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will oversee a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

    The ideal candidate should possess expertise in online learning or e-learning businesses, digital marketing within an agency setting, membership marketing, and the ability to build and oversee a digital marketing team.

    Responsibilities

    Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy:

    • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
    • Drive innovation and experimentation in digital marketing channels to maximize ROI and stay ahead of industry trends.
    • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.

    Team Leadership and Management:

    • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the digital marketing team.
    • Set clear goals and expectations for team members and hold them accountable for delivering on key objectives.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive business results.
    • Work closely with the creative team, content writers, and designers to develop compelling digital assets and content for marketing campaigns.
    • Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed to support digital marketing initiatives.

    Performance Analysis and Optimization:

    • Monitor and analyze key metrics and performance indicators across digital marketing channels, using data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
    • Identify opportunities for experimentation and A/B testing to optimize conversion rates, customer acquisition, and other key metrics.
    • Regularly report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Experience with online learning and course related businesses.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
    • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals.
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to test and learn new strategies and tactics.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results in a rapidly evolving industry.
