    Compensation: $85,000 to $100,000 Annually + Benefits

    Job Overview

    They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Manager to join their team. The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads for their law firm. This role requires a strong understanding of lead generation techniques, digital marketing, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving lead generation campaigns and achieving measurable results.

    Responsibilities

    • Implement lead generation strategies to develop and increase the quantity and quality of leads, domestically and in the UK (and potentially other global markets in the future).

    • Identify target audiences and create buyer personas to tailor lead generation campaigns effectively.

    • Utilize a variety of channels including email marketing, TV, social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and events to generate leads.

    • Create compelling content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars to attract potential leads.

    • Optimize lead generation processes and workflows to maximize efficiency and ROI.

    • Create engaging and relevant campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

    • Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of lead generation campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation efforts to stakeholders, including key metrics such as lead conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI.

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and digital marketing.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

    • Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing, preferably 4+ years.

    • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, digital marketing channels, and analytics.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative lead generation campaigns.

    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.

    • Experience with CRM software Salesforce preferred.

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

    • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

    • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.

    • Must be available for meetings in Central Time and Western European Time.

    Successful Candidates Demonstrate the Following Skills and Experiences

    • Go getter, down to earth, collaborative, open to new ideas, and not afraid to express their ideas.

    • Background in consumer space.

    • Proficient in Google Ads, SMA, TV, etc.

    • Experience handling accounts in a $5MM+ budget.

    • Salesforce or Proclaim Legal Case Management Software experience would be nice to have.
