    Compensation: $85,000 to $105,000 Annually + Benefits

    The Amazon Marketing Division of Intero Digital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon Manager of Client Services with Amazon Marketing background to lead their Amazon Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and growth of client accounts on the Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central platform. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing client success and revenue generation.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and mentor a team of account managers responsible for managing client relationships and driving performance on the Amazon platform.

    • Develop and implement strategic account management plans to achieve client objectives and revenue targets.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all Amazon-related initiatives.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, advertising, and catalog management, to identify opportunities for client growth and optimization.

    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to clients to enhance their Amazon presence and drive sales.

    • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to Amazon marketing, and incorporate this knowledge into client strategies.

    • Drive continuous improvement of account management processes and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability and the best quality.

    • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing their expertise in Amazon marketing and fostering new business opportunities.

    Qualifications

    • Must have Amazon Marketing Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

    • Years of experience in Vendor Central and Seller Central account management.

    • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.

    • Deep understanding of the Amazon platform and its advertising solutions, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.

    • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
