    Compensation: $90,000 to $110,000 Annually + Benefits

    The client is looking for a talented Paid Media Manager to successfully execute paid search and social campaigns to achieve their client’s unique goals. Building a strong culture is important to them, so they would prefer the candidate to come into their home office!

    Responsibilities

    • Participate in forming effective paid search and social campaigns from scratch.

    • Manage multiple PPC accounts simultaneously, which will include Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

    • Partake in keyword selection and audience targeting.

    • Monitor the budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI.

    • Continuously track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues.

    • Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors.

    • Write attractive and concise ad copy.

    • Connect all PPC campaigns to reporting dashboards and consistently report to management.

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record of running successful PPC campaigns.

    • Extensive knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.

    • Must be familiar with AdWords and Facebook.

    • Must be Google Ads certified with experience managing multiple Google Ads accounts.

    • Must have worked in digital marketing and social media management for 2+ years.

    • Experience with creating and running digital campaigns with specific goals (paid social, drip campaigns, landing page A/B tests) and reporting results.

    • Demonstrates initiative by setting priorities, regularly completing work on schedule, and fulfilling commitments.

    • Must be creative and able to write in a variety of voices and styles to appeal to diverse audiences.

    • Effectively communicates and has the ability to educate the client on the appropriate course of action to achieve established goals.

    • Ability to switch between creative and analytical tasks seamlessly while making data-driven decisions.

    • Has strong organizational skills, the ability to self-motivate, and pride in ownership and accountability.

    Successful Candidates Demonstrate the Following Skills and Experiences

    • Prior agency experience

    • Background in the dental industry

    • Proficient in client engagement

    • Lead generation and demand generation

    • Proficiency in SEM (Google Ads)

    • Expertise in managing Paid Social Media Ads (Meta and LinkedIn)

    • Competence in Programmatic Advertising

    • Team leadership skills

    • Hands-on with work
