    Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 Annually + Benefits


    The client is a FAST growing digital marketing/lead generation agency and they are in need of another Rockstar to join their team as their Paid Media Client Onboarding Specialist to manage their META (facebook and instagram) campaigns.


    The client specializes in effective local Social Media Lead Generation campaigns for small businesses. With an individualized onboarding process, they work closely with the client to ensure long term success. They produce consistent results month after month to keep their clients’ sales pipeline full. Their campaigns are created with a unique marketing approach in order to generate the maximum amount of leads.


    The Client Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient process when bringing new clients or customers into the client’s company. They will be the first touchpoint after the client has signed on and responsible for making a great first impression as well as collecting all necessary information and setting up the client’s paid media/paid social campaigns. The primary goal is to make the onboarding experience positive and seamless, ultimately leading to client satisfaction and retention. The role requires excellent project management and knowledge of paid media campaigns and the tools and skills needed to set them up.


    Responsibilities and Requirements:


    Experience:

    • Experience with Facebook and Instagram Ads Interface as well as Ad Copy Writing

    • 2+ years experience and knowledge of online marketing strategies

    • Proven experience in client onboarding, customer success, or a similar role.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.


    Client Engagement:

    • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for onboarding.

    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.

    • Act as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding process.


    Documentation and Information Gathering:

    • Collect required documentation and information from clients.

    • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.

    • Verify and validate client information for compliance purposes.


    Onboarding Process:

    • Develop and implement efficient onboarding processes.

    • Guide clients through the onboarding steps, providing support and assistance as needed.

    • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline onboarding procedures.


    Training and Education:

    • Provide orientation and training to clients on the company's products, services, and platforms.

    • Educate clients on relevant policies, procedures, and best practices.


    Problem Resolution:

    • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the onboarding process.

    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met.


    Feedback Collection:

    • Gather feedback from clients about their onboarding experience.

    • Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the onboarding process.


    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with sales, customer support, and other teams to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience.

    • Collaborate with product teams to stay informed about updates and changes.


    Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to articulate complex information in a clear and understandable manner.

    • Must be willing to be on camera for all onboarding meetings
