    Location: Memphis, TN, Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote

    Critical Experience

    Candidates must have a minimum of five years of marketing design experience, with ideal candidates having at least two years of marketing agency experience and at least one year of B2B design experience. Candidates must also have large-scale campaign development experience.

    To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate a broad range of advanced skills and deep industry knowledge.

    • Advanced Design Proficiency: Mastery of graphic design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and brand development. Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, and InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools such as Sketch or Figma.

    • User Experience (UX) Design: Understanding of UX principles with the ability to incorporate user-centric approaches into design practices to enhance engagement and functionality.

    • Creative Vision and Direction: Ability to conceptualize and execute visionary design strategies that effectively communicate brand messages and achieve business goals.

    • Strategic Thinking: Capable of strategic thinking and planning at a high level, ensuring design aligns with overall business objectives. Experience in conducting market research and applying insights to design initiatives.

    • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

    • Technological Fluency: Comfort with digital technology and collaborative tools, including project management software.

    Benefits

    • PTO and Holidays: The employee is eligible for 120 hours of accrual PTO per calendar year, including vacation and sick time. There are six paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
