    Associate Director of Paid Social (Hybrid - New York, NY)

     

    Ways You’ll Make an Impact

    This is a leadership role on our Paid Media team that requires the ability to develop an effective customer acquisition strategy, gain confidence from clients, and assist with in-platform tactics when necessary.

    • Drive overall biddable paid media strategy for agency accounts (social, search, programmatic).

    • Communicate your vision to clients including rationale and data behind your decisions.

    • Lead team and clients to achieve performance KPIs and provide assistance including optimizations and campaign troubleshooting.

    • Manage, develop and guide a team of analysts.

    • Develop innovative media solutions and strategies.

    • Develop new processes for operational efficiencies, inclusive of leveraging technology.

    • Create and lead effective client presentations.

    • Be able to inspire and grow team members through leadership, training and thought leadership.

    • Work with business development to audit and develop custom pitches.

    • Maintain relationships with key vendors, always functioning on the cutting edge of technologies.

    • Speak at leading industry conferences and panels as well as host videos and webinars.

     

    What You’re Bringing

    • 4+ years of experience managing biddable paid media campaigns or strategy, preferably at an agency.

    • Experience managing teams is a plus.

    • Expert understanding of at least one biddable channel (social, search, or programmatic), as well as a working understanding of other marketing channels.

    • Excellent communication skills and record of getting buy-in from client stakeholders.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, delegate and manage time efficiently.

    • Possess a "big picture" perspective, but immediately willing to 'roll up your sleeves,’ and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

    • Have an expert understanding of customer acquisition and direct response online marketing.

    • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Finance, or Math.

    Special Notes

    • This role is hybrid. The agency’s NY & LA offices are fully open and on a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite.
