    Compensation: $50,000 to $65,000 Annually + Quarterly Bonus Program + Benefits

    Intero Digital, Amazon Marketing Division provides full-service Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central Account Management. We manage every aspect of Amazon.com for our clients, including listing their products, optimizing the product content, managing and maintaining listings, as well as creating enhanced brand content and brand pages. We're looking for a Catalog Manager who can excel at these tasks.

    Job Roles and Responsibilities

    1\. Ownership of Amazon Listings

    • They take full responsibility for the quality, accuracy and visual appeal of Amazon listings for assigned clients, ensuring each listing reflects the highest standards possible in terms of being retail ready, fully optimized and appropriately organized per the best strategy set forth by the entire Intero Amazon management team assigned to each client.

    • They continuously monitor and enhance listings to maintain top-notch quality, utilizing analytical skills to assess listing performance and make data-driven improvements.

    2\. Management of Catalog Specialists

    • They are to lead and manage a team of Catalog Specialists, setting clear objectives and deliverables, and ensuring timely and effective execution of tasks and projects.

    • They provide regular feedback, guidance, and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

    3\. Communication Excellence

    • They are to demonstrate exceptional communication skills with clients, Account Managers, and Ad Managers, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and a collaborative approach.

    • They should regularly update clients and internal teams on project statuses, issues, and achievements, maintaining a high level of transparency and engagement.

    4\. Content Creation and Optimization

    • They are to collaborate with clients, Account Managers, and Advertising Managers to enhance product listings, including creating A+ pages, through effective content rewriting and image editing.

    • They manage the upload of new products, ensuring SEO-optimized content and comprehensive keyword research.

    Skills Required

    • Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central

    • Must be a creative, self-driven individual with great attention to detail

    • Basic understanding of selling on Amazon

    • Must be very proficient in Microsoft Excel

    • Very computer literate

    • Extremely detailed oriented

    • Visual mindset knowing what looks good and what helps products sell

    • Know what consumers like to hear, read and see in order to make a buying decision

    • Need to be able and willing to learn quickly, solve problems and be honest

    • Any experience managing a retail store or retail website is also very valuable for this position
