    Compensation: $110,000 to $135,000 Annually + Benefits

    We are looking for a 3-5-year-EXPERIENCED LEADER for our client's paid media buying team. The ideal candidate MUST HAVE STRONG LEADERSHIP AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.

    The client is a fast-growing digital marketing and lead generation agency, and they are in need of a Paid Media Team Supervisor/Manager who is experienced in managing a Paid Media Buying Team and is highly skilled in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to join their team.

    The client specializes in effective local Social Media Lead Generation campaigns for small businesses. With an individualized onboarding process, they work closely with the client to ensure long term success. They produce consistent results month after month to keep their clients’ sales pipeline full. Their campaigns are created with a unique marketing approach in order to generate the maximum number of leads.

    They are seeking a skilled Paid Media Team Manager to join their dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of paid media buyers and onboarding specialists, as well as developing, implementing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. The Paid Media Team Manager will have a keen understanding of digital advertising strategies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive ROI through effective campaign management. This role requires a blend of creativity, data-driven decision-making, familiarity with the latest in AI technology, and strategic thinking to achieve marketing objectives.

    Responsibilities

    • Leadership and management of our Paid Media Buying team.

    • Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase conversions.

    • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across various platforms.

    • Conduct research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.

    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

    • Utilize A/B testing methodologies to refine ad creatives, targeting criteria, and landing page experiences for continuous improvement.

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, and product, to align paid marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid advertising to implement innovative strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

    • Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and delivering on predefined KPIs.

    • Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance, key learnings, and actionable recommendations for optimization.

    • Stay abreast of changes in advertising policies and regulations to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and legal requirements.

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years experience managing a Paid Media Buying team.

    • 4+ years of paid advertising experience.

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.

    • Proven experience in managing paid marketing campaigns, preferably in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

    • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and identify actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results within established deadlines.

    • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms.

    • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant advertising certifications are a plus.

    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and drive continuous improvement in paid marketing efforts.

    Successful Candidates Demonstrate the Following Skills and Experiences

    • Strong leadership and people management experience.

    • Background in the health and fitness industries.

    • Proficient in client engagement and adept at de-escalation techniques.

    • Strong Meta Ads experience on Facebook and Instagram.

    • Google Ads experience would be nice to have.

    • Experience handling accounts in the $2,000-$3,000 monthly budget range.

    • HubSpot CRM platform experience would be nice to have.
