This position is commissionable once the initial outcomes are met in the first 3 months: 1. Schedule first discovery meeting with qualified prospect for your first 2-4 weeks. 2. Ramp up within 3 months to schedule at least 1-2 discovery meetings with qualified prospects per week. Responsibilities: • Conduct cold calls to generate leads for digital marketing solutions sales appointments. Purpose: To expand the client base and increase sales opportunities • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system. Purpose: To track progress, follow up effectively, and streamline the sales process • Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and qualify them for appointments. Purpose: To ensure that appointments are set with qualified leads who are likely to convert • Follow up with leads to schedule appointments and confirm details. Purpose: To maximize the number of successful sales appointments • Coordinate with Sales to ensure a smooth handoff of appointments and provide necessary background information. Purpose: To facilitate a seamless transition from lead generation to sales conversion Qualifications: • 1-2 years of experience in phone sales • Proficiency in CRM (Pipedrive) system and Sales Engagement (Apollo) system • Must be in the USA and able to work in North American time zones • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
