Digital Marketing Specialist Compensation
The pay for this position is $40.97 per hour
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Digital Marketing Specialist Highlights
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs
Location: On-site in Dublin, OH
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities
Assist product owners in daily SDLC operations for E-commerce digital solutions
Document meeting notes, recaps, and aligned decisions from team sessions
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), bug triage, and task tracking in Jira
Create and manage Jira tasks for designers, copywriters, and business analysts
Review functional and UI stories from business analysts
Support discovery and Epic requirement creation
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and IT staff
Prioritize product backlog based on business value and ROI
Work with UX designers and researchers on product strategy
Advocate for the customer while balancing business goals
Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements
2+ years of experience in the digital space
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail, especially in capturing meeting content
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days
Digital Marketing Specialist Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Product Owner
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Jira experience
