About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Ace Handyman Services Hamilton County. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and grow our customer base.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement

Social Media Marketing:

Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and email marketing

Monitor social media conversations, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.

Paid Advertising:

Focus on lead generation, customer acquisition.

Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads

Email Marketing:

Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote services.

Segment email lists to deliver targeted content and offers.

Monitor email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track key digital marketing metrics (website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, social media engagement) using analytics tools.

Generate regular reports to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience Marketing for a Home services based business is a must.

Recent examples of projects and experience in social media marketing, email marketing, PPC advertising, required for consideration.

Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Canva and atleast one CRM platform.

Strong communication and writing skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
