Bloomwell Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help our mission-driven clients serve more families, mostly in under-resourced communities.

Responsibilities

• Support our team in developing marketing content for clients, including ad copy, GIFs, and slideshows
• Create and manage digital automations using Zapier
• Create new and update existing social media ads for Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Optimize digital ads and audiences based on performance insights
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Prepare digital marketing campaign performance reports
• Fluency in Spanish preferred

**Education & Experience: **Bachelor’s Degree preferred, 2-3 years preferred
