    Digital Marketing Specialist

    Summary

    We are searching for a digital marketing specialist to support a Las Vegas Strip venue. The position is onsite, contract-to-hire, and pays $22 to $24 per hour. This hands-on role supports social media, content creation, and digital marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and attendance for a high-traffic entertainment venue.

    Responsibilities

    • Own and manage all social media channels, driving audience growth, engagement, and consistent brand execution.
    • Plan, produce, and publish short-form video, photography, and written content optimized for social platforms.
    • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns, promotions, and events.
    • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and performance insights to optimize results.
    • Manage community engagement, including comments, messages, and brand responses.
    • Support paid social and digital advertising efforts through asset development and performance tracking.
    • Create digital marketing assets for email campaigns, websites, and digital signage.
    • Coordinate influencer collaborations and integrated digital campaigns.
    • Provide marketing support for on-site events and promotional activations.
    • Track campaign performance and prepare clear, concise marketing reports with actionable insights.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of two years of professional experience in digital marketing and social media management.
    • Proven ability to successfully manage brand social media accounts.
    • Strong content creation capabilities, including video, photography, and copywriting.
    • Proficiency with social media and creative tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe applications.
    • Ability to analyze marketing metrics and translate data into insights and recommendations.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Ability to work onsite and independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Bilingual fluency in English and Korean.
