    Position Overview
    We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute digital marketing efforts focused on CRM marketing automation and paid media campaigns. This is a hands-on role ideal for a skilled professional ready to contribute directly to campaign execution, performance optimization, and marketing innovation using CRM systems and AI-driven tools.

    ⚠️ Please note: This is an individual contributor role. Candidates seeking management-level responsibilities will not be considered.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and manage automated email campaigns to generate leads and engage existing customers.
    • Develop and optimize CRM-based workflows to enhance marketing automation and ensure accurate segmentation.
    • Plan, execute, and analyze digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with a focus on ROI and lead quality.
    • Leverage AI tools to support content creation and campaign efficiency.
    • Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Service, and Management to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
    • Stay current with digital marketing trends, AI technologies, and CRM advancements.

    Qualifications:

    • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, email automation, and paid media.
    • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
    • Experience with CRM systems and managing marketing workflows.
    • Solid knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
    • Familiarity with AI tools used for digital marketing support.
    • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).

    Bonus Points For:

    • Certifications in digital marketing, CRM platforms, or AI/martech tools in a plus

    This role requires working on-site at our Irvine, CA office during standard business hours. Remote work is not available.
