    Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
    Classification: Full Time/Non-Exempt/Staff Member
    Location: Remote
    Reports To: Director of Marketing

    PRIMARY PURPOSE
    Responsible for monitoring, collecting, and reporting the organization’s strategic marketing data to the Director of Marketing. Analyzes data and provides key insights, trend spotting, and helps identify potential marketing opportunities.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Aggregate data from mktg. channels to create concise, analytical reports on mktg. initiatives
    • Makes strategic recommendations based on data analyzation to Director of Marketing
    • Deploy various outreach marketing campaigns & campaign updates via direct & digital channels
    • Oversee and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI, improve targeting, and drive engagement across key digital platforms
    • Strategically craft clear, compelling written communication for reports, marketing materials, and digital content to effectively convey insights and engage target audiences
    • Assist with:
    • Social Media Marketing
    • Our Annual DVD & Annual Meeting,
    • Press Releases: Writing and Internal/External Coordination
    • Graphic Design
    • Web Development: Carries out small- medium scale, coding, graphic, & content updates

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No staff supervision required. Some 3rd party vendor & project management required.

    QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
    • Proficient in Google Ads & Google Analytics
    • Intermediate Graphic Design: Canva & Adobe Express required. Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop knowledge is a plus.
    • Basic HTML Knowledge: WordPress, Email Delivery Platforms (iContact, etc.)
    • Experience with Tableau and other data visualization software a plus
    • Experience with Salesforce/nCino and other CRMs is a plus
    • Experience with Hootsuite & Later a plus

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    • Must have experience in data reporting.
    • May require a bachelor's degree and/or 2-5 years of experience in area of specialty.
    • Applicant must be comfortable with press release writing and possess solid writing skills.
    • Must be experienced with HTML, the Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
    • Must be familiar with industry standard concepts, practices, and procedures through ongoing education.
    • 1-2 years of customer service experience, administrative experience, and data entry experience required.
    • Previous experience in data entry, preferably with a lending institution or commercial banking environment, is often preferred. Familiarity with commercial loan terminology and processes is a plus.

    Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Previous Salesforce/ nCino training preferred.
