Position Overview
Direct Clicks is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist with an SEO focus to support local SEO campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
This role may be filled at different experience levels depending on the candidate. The company is open to either:
A candidate with strong SEO or digital marketing experience, or
A highly organized junior candidate who can be trained and grow into the role
This is a detail-oriented role that requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with local SEO campaign execution
Support optimization of Google Business Profiles
Perform SEO-related research and optimization tasks
Assist with digital marketing campaign execution
Help maintain organization across marketing systems and processes
Communicate with internal team members and assist with client updates when needed
Follow structured internal processes to support marketing campaign performance
Preferred Qualifications
Digital marketing or SEO experience
Familiarity with local SEO strategies
Experience working with Google Business Profile optimization
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote work environment
Additional Preferred Experience
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Experience working with businesses in the insurance industry
Ability to work in structured processes and meet deadlines consistently
Work Environment
Direct Clicks operates as a remote company. However, candidates must be located within driving distance of Roseville, Minnesota, as the team gathers monthly for in-person collaboration and team meetings.
Compensation
Compensation depends on experience level.
Experienced Candidates
Salary typically ranges from $60,000 – $70,000+ depending on background and SEO experience.
Junior / Trainable Candidates
Hourly pay typically ranges from $20 – $30 per hour depending on experience and fit.
