Job Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on retargeting and marketing automation. You will leverage your expertise in HubSpot and digital advertising platforms to nurture potential customers and analyze campaign performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing technology and uses data to make informed decisions that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Design, execute, and optimize end-to-end retargeting ad campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
Manage our HubSpot platform, including building and maintaining workflows for lead nurturing, email campaigns re-targeting and marketing automation.
Segment audiences effectively to deliver personalized and relevant messaging that guides potential customers through the sales funnel.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using key metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the content and sales teams to ensure a cohesive strategy that aligns marketing efforts with business objectives.
Manage the marketing database in HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and effective segmentation for targeted initiatives.
Stay current with the latest trends in digital marketing, medicaid, retargeting strategies, and marketing automation technologies to keep our approach fresh and effective.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
2-3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role with a focus on paid advertising and campaign management.
Demonstrable proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub is essential. HubSpot certifications are a strong plus.
Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
Analytical – Will love geeking out with us over pivot tables and diving into spreadsheets of data to understand what drives performance.
Creative – Appreciates that digital advertising campaigns are equal parts data analytics and good creative design.
Experience with A/B testing and other campaign optimization techniques.
A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and technology.
What We Offer
Salary range: $55,000–$65,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
