    We are seeking a data-driven and systems-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to own and optimize our online marketing performance. This role is responsible for building, analyzing, and improving the systems that generate and convert leads. Unlike client-facing marketing roles, this position operates behind the scenes, focused on campaign execution, funnel performance, and measurable ROI. Success in this role is defined by the ability to turn marketing efforts into scalable, efficient results. This role manages digital campaigns, marketing systems, and performance analytics across multiple platforms. This individual is responsible for optimizing lead generation funnels, improving conversion rates, and ensuring marketing efforts are measurable and effective. Responsibilities: Campaign Management & Optimization • Build, launch, and manage digital campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) • Monitor and optimize performance to improve cost per lead and ROI • Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages Funnel & CRM Optimization • Design and manage lead funnels, automations, and CRM workflows • Ensure accurate lead tracking and proper handoff to sales • Identify inefficiencies and improve conversion throughout the funnel Data & Reporting • Track key performance metrics, including CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership • Develop dashboards to monitor marketing performance Website & Conversion Optimization • Optimize landing pages and website performance for lead generation • Improve user experience and conversion paths • Support SEO and traffic growth initiatives Qualifications: • Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take action • Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment • Growth-minded with a willingness to test, learn, and improve Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
