Each week we introduce our customers to new products and offerings through our e-commerce website. The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key position in our organization as they ensure our website and online customer experience is seamless. The ideal candidate could be described as techy (likes tinkering in apps and has a firm handle on the technology that makes it all work) with a marketing perspective (providing a clear, relevant, and accessible website experience for users). Digital Marketing Specialist Job Responsibilities:
Website Merchandising
o Write creative and engaging product descriptions and other website copy in the voice of TE, inspiring customers to act.
o Create, edit, and remove products, categories and webpages according to product marketing schedule.
o Execute eCommerce banners and marketing campaigns aligned with TE overall programming and releases that promote products, sales, and brand events effectively.
o Troubleshoot website issues in a timely manner interacting with Vendors as required.
o Assist in the management of our eCommerce website, including product listings, category organization, and promotional displays.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
o Optimize website content and layout for improved user experience, searchability, and SEO performance.
o Fulfill other duties as assigned.
Blog
o Contribute SEO rich content to TE Blog to enhance customer’s engagement and increase conversion from the platform.
o Assist in the management of contributed content from our team of Creatives.

Have an intimate knowledge of the BigCommerce platform and related apps.
Enhance the eCommerce experience to drive sales.
Be able to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Initiate corrections, updates, and improvements to product pages and categories.
Generate ideas for enhancing the user experience on the website.
Positively contribute to the TE culture of joy.
