Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Support
Assist the marketing team in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
Support daily marketing activities to help achieve brand awareness and customer acquisition goals.
Market Research
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and consumer insights.
Gather and organize research findings to support marketing strategies.
Social Media Support
Assist in managing the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
Help create, schedule, and publish social media content under the guidance of the marketing team.
Monitor social media engagement and assist in responding to customer interactions when appropriate.
Digital Campaign Assistance
Support the execution of online advertising campaigns, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
Assist with monitoring campaign performance and preparing basic performance reports.
Content & Brand Support
Assist in creating marketing materials, promotional content, and digital assets.
Support brand awareness initiatives and help maintain a consistent brand image across digital platforms.
Marketing Analytics
Collect and organize marketing data, including website traffic, engagement, and campaign performance.
Assist in preparing reports and identifying opportunities for campaign improvement.
Customer Engagement
Support customer retention campaigns and promotional activities.
Assist with email marketing, online promotions, and other customer engagement initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to support ongoing marketing projects.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
Learning & Professional Development
Participate in marketing training sessions and stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
Learn to use marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and other digital marketing platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
Strong interest in digital marketing and social media.
Familiarity with major social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
