Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the marketing objectives
Manage and maintain the properties' social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity
Create, schedule, and publish engaging, high-quality content including posts, reels, and stories
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to maintain positive engagement and guest satisfaction
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry innovations to identify new opportunities for growth
Assist with photography and videography for school events
Design promotional materials, digital assets, and social media graphics using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid social media ads, and promotions
Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness
Prepare monthly performance reports and provide insights to optimize future campaigns
Event Support
Promote and market school events through social media and digital marketing
Attend on-site events to capture live content and enhance real-time marketing efforts
