Job Description

We are looking for a UI UX Designer to produce elegant digital experiences across all digital touch points, ensuring that responsive websites and apps are both usable, desirable, and striving to maximize user satisfaction Visualize and create high-level concepts quickly to demonstrate design ideas to clients and internal teams through wireframes, interactive prototypes or other representations. Ensure solutions support brand objectives, achieve business goals, and meet or exceed user needs and expectations Actively contribute to internal discussions, brainstorms and ideation sessions Actively contribute to the UX patterns library Lead and educate team in all aspects of UX/UI Conceptualize/ Redesign designs for web, mobile apps and interactive media Conceptualize and design wireframes, quick prototypes, and other visual assets Conduct research to find and anticipate new effective design strategies Generate user interaction flows, user journeys, and personas Collaborate with cross-functional team Identify product opportunities that maximize value for our customers and business Help balance company growth initiatives with core product needs Serve as the product "expert” in conversations with customers and clients Skills:

Resumes must have portfolios showcasing UX, products in digital, and complex scenarios 7+ Years Experience /Expert at working in the User Experience field Deep understanding of, and experience with, user-centered design & research methodologies Experience designing for desktop and mobile devices, with a solid understanding of current best practices and trends in the digital space Experience building prototypes for user testing, preferably in InVision or Axure Experience with design tools (such as Balsamiq, Figma, etc) Experience with responsive web and mobile native app design Exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication & presentation skills Ability to mentor junior designers and other members of the product team Comfortable facilitating or supporting the facilitation of design-related workshops Team player, ability to self-manage and take ownership of projects from concept to completion Ability to tackle several projects at once and act as team lead in all UX/UI conversations Experience working with developers, marketing, as well as creative teams Keywords: Education: A degree in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, Media Arts, Digital Media, or any related field
